Adroit Member Agreement

 

 

If a license is required to perform your work, Member acknowledges that he/she is not currently facing any disciplinary actions from his/her licensing agency nor has Member had his/her license suspended or revoked.

 

 

 

Any information disclosed by [or on behalf of] Amcob to the Member [during the Term] OR [at any time before, the termination of this Agreement] (whether disclosed in writing, orally or otherwise) that at the time of disclosure was marked [or described] as “confidential” or should have been understood by the Member (acting reasonably) to be confidential, shall be kept confidential by the Member and not shared with others.

 

 

 

Member hereby grants permission to Amcob to use Members name, photos & contact information for email communications, our website & our social media posts. Member hereby releases Amcob employees, managers, members, officers, parent companies, subsidiaries, and directors, from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of said items, including, without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation and any other personal and/or property rights. Member acknowledges and agrees that no sums whatsoever will be due to Member as a result of the use and/or exploitation of the stated items or any rights therein.

 

 

 

If joined at Silver or higher level, Members can guest at other Groups provided that there is no conflict of interest with the existing members of the group they are visiting.

 

 

 

Membership begins upon the date of your signed Membership Agreement and runs for a period of 12 months. Your Membership will expire 12 months after the first scheduled meeting date of the Group.

 

 

 

Membership is on auto-renew, unless Member notifies Amcob of their desire to cancel in writing. The cancellation notice is required at least 45 days prior to the expiration date. Amcob has the right to replace a Member if their Membership dues are not received by this date.

 

 

 

All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or the Member’s participation in a Amcob group shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The arbitration shall be subject to the Laws of the American Arbitration Association.

 

 

 

Amcob was built for member success. To provide the best services to our membership, changes may be made in dues, events, and vertical costs. There may also be changes to policies.

 

 

 

Amcob has adopted the 4-Way Test of Rotary International. Each Member is required to abide by this 4-Way Test during their association with Amcob. 4-Way Test is a test of things that we think, say, or do:

1) Is it the Truth?

2) Is it Fair to all Concerned?

3) Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?

4) Will it be Beneficial to all Concerned?
